1.Return Policy

We want you to love what you order. However, if something isn't right, you may request an exchange or return as per the policy below.

1. To initiate an exchange or return, please raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the package at:https://www.kiddochill.com/return
2. Approval of requests may take 3-4 working days.

All approved returns or exchanges are processed via Stare Credit only.

1. Store Credit will be issued as a credit code, redeemable on our website
2. Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
3. Exchanges processed using a credit code coupon cannot be exchanged again.
4. No exchanges or returns on Products bought at discounts or bundle offers
5. Products must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unattered, with all tags intact.
6. Returns will be rejected if the product is damaged due to Improper handling or Wash care instructions are not followed

1. Once approved, reverse pickup will be attempted within 1-2 working days (not available for all pin codes),

1. For exchanges, the customer will be charged a minimum of 299 or 30 per piece, depending on the product quantity

Our office operates Monday to Friday.

Requests received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 3 days of delivery.

1. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Customers are required to pay applicable shipping charges for exchange.
3. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
4. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
